E-mail from ISP

I've got that e-mail from my ISP. I added on the end of the original post.

I wondered why you had to email tech support for a resolution rather than just call them up and give them abuse! Just more fuel to the fire of how shit AOL really are to be honest, an autonomous response doesn't come as a great shock - it proved one thing though, I do actually know what I'm talking about! :)

My recommendation is to ring BT now on 152 and report a line fault if your router login says NO SYNC as AOL are utterly useless and tech support will be nothing less than that either. You could try calling them but I'll bet they'll just get you to run through that list whilst on their premium rate phone number before they attempt a realy fix...
