It did give me quite a chuckle. However after reading it thoroughly, i again became concerned at just how fucking stupid people really can be. Please take note of the following paragraph

Are you fucking serious????!!!! You actually think that these are illuminations??? Give me a fucking break!
For some reason though, i feel the need to publicise this story as much as possibe to see how far this story can get in the media

I say this, but this is the same dumbass council that ran the "No Need To Speed" and "No more deaths on Blackpools roads" campaigns.. both, obviously, utter bullshit..
Fortunately I pay Fylde Council Tax, else I'd be writing them 'anonymous' letters...

Fantastically, it turns out that the company that did it is 'St. Annes Decorators' - the guy who's company that is lives a couple of doors down from me! I shall be taking the piss about this one for a LOOOONG time! :)

years ago back in the mid 90's i used to be a painter and decorator and St. Annes decorators were infamous for their poor work and cowboy methods.
